Sherry Little, Spartan Solutions Co-founder, was elected the Transportation Research Board’s "Private Sector Representative" by a host of Transit Agency General Managers from across the country.
  The Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) is an applied, contract research program that develops near-term, practical solutions to problems facing transit agencies.
